We strongly advise you count the contents of the pallets to ensure all items are received prior to installation.

 

Courier Delivery (One Square Meter Kits)

At Resco, we are pleased to offer a range of courier delivery options for all one square meter resin and aggregate kits orders to mainland UK addresses:

• Standard Delivery: Enjoy our 2- 3 day courier service at £9.95 per item. Ideal for non-urgent needs.

Pallet Delivery

For all other orders, we offer UPN delivery to accommodate your needs. Delivery costs vary by postcode, generally ranging from £35 to £75 for next-day service to mainland UK. Saturday delivery is also available. Please add items to your cart and use our delivery cost calculator for precise rates.

Our dispatch time is 1 working day, plus the time of the delivery option chosen during checkout.

Important: To avoid scheduling issues, please refrain from arranging work until your order has arrived. While courier errors are rare, Resco cannot be held responsible for any costs arising from rescheduling due to delivery delays.

 

Sample Delivery

 All samples are dispatched within 1-2 days of order. The samples are sent on a 1-3 day courier resulting a delivery time of 2-5 days from order to receiving your samples.

Scottish Highlands and Isles

• Orders are dispatched via APC, though alternative couriers can be requested.
• International shipping is available for most items. Contact us for further information.
• Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.
• Large or bulk orders may be sent directly from the manufacturer.

Collection Details

For those nearby, items can be collected from our depot in Laneham, Nottinghamshire, following prior arrangement. Select "pick-up" during checkout.

You'll be notified via email once your order is ready for collection, including the address. Please bring your order confirmation (printed or on your phone) to the depot. To avoid inconvenience, wait for our collection ready email before arriving.
